▸ Introduction

Welcome to Liria Paintbrush, a service provided by Liria's Toolkit. By using our Service, you agree to comply with the following terms of service.

▸ Service Description

Liria Paintbrush (the "Service") is a Discord application that delivers on-demand AI-generated imagery via Discord. The Service only delivers images created using the prompt provided by a user of said platform (the "User" or "Your") and only does it after the User types said prompt and parameters into a command. Users will interact with the Service solely via Discord on server channels or direct messages through the usage of typed commands.

▸ User Restrictions

Users may not create or request disturbing imagery, such as, but not limited to, gore, violent and/or offensive imagery. However, NSFW imagery is allowed. If any User violates this restriction, they will be blacklisted from using the Service. Also, read Avoid Blacklisting for a more detailed list of what could get Users blacklisted. Before generating any NSFW imagery, every User is prompted to acknowledge to be over 18 and responsible for their past and future generations using the Services.

▸ Termination of Account

If any User wishes to terminate their account, they must contact our development team via Discord on our official Community and Support server, also available in the command /help, by creating a support ticket in a channel called "create-ticket".

▸ Payment Reversals

The attempt of reversal to any product purchased for the Service will result in blacklisting from using the Service and removal of said product from Your account. This does not apply to the canceling of subscriptions.

▸ Limitations of Liability

Although we have safety measures in place, the Service or its creator holds no responsibility or accountability for the images created with the Service on any server. In the case of our safety measures failing to prevent the Service from displaying NSFW or disturbing imagery in inappropriate channels of a server, it is the owner's and said server's staff team's responsibility to take care of the event and punish the Users causing it. In extreme cases of Users misbehaving with the Service, the server's team also takes the responsibility of reporting said Users to the Service's development team through a support ticket in our Discord server as mentioned previously, so that the aggravators may be blacklisted from using the Service.

▸ Governing Law

These terms of service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Brazil. Any legal disputes arising from the usage of the Service or these terms of service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil where the parties responsible for the Service reside.

▸ Changes to the Terms of Service

Liria's Toolkit may modify or update these terms of service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through a message notification posted on the official server. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these terms of service will constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
